I was in Japan during the 2011 magnitude 9 earthquake. Despite that being the one of the strongest ever recorded, most structures withstood it. Why? Strong foundations! In this module, the tutorials will cover how to set up a website that will withstand everything.
- Hosting - While you do not have to get my recommendation, this is something you should get right. We will avoid the usual choices people go for (Bluehost and Hostgator) and be using 20i. Something safe, secure and fast with top-notch support.
- Set Up - You'll learn a paint by numbers simple way to connect everything. We'll add an SSL (security certificate) and install WordPress the right way.
- Email set up - I will show you how to set up a free email account that is needed for your branding, author bio, list building and support.
- WordPress Settings - I'll show you the best and basic WordPress settings you need to be concerned about.
- Plugin Essentials- Plugins give your site added features and benefits. But adding the wrong ones, unnecessary ones or outdated ones can do more harm than good and even break your site. Not anymore after watching this tutorial. We will focus on free plugins so no extra costs for you.
- Theme - You must choose a fast, lightweight and secure theme that is easy to customize. We will be using Astra Pro for this.
MODULE 4
Branding Mastery
Color palette branding is important because it’s a tangible component of your brand that people notice first. A logo grabs attention, makes a strong first impression, and is the foundation of your brand identity. We will learn how to create all this wihtout a designer nor any design skills.
- Colours - The right colour shows off your website's personality. Colour choices will also affect purchasing intent. I'll share how you can correctly choose the right colour schemes for your new site.
- Logo and favicon - A logo is one thing that can identify your brand immediately. No need to hire an expensive designer. We will make this together and ensure it's high quality, the right size and looks great on your site. Zero design skills needed with Canva Pro.
MODULE 5
Website Structure – Pages and Posts
In this section you will learn how to properly set up your legal pages along with your about page and contact page. These are vital for the structure and trust of your site. A well-structured website will help users to easily navigate your site and quickly discover the information they want. It will also provide you with a solid basis for your new site to grow.
- Visualising the Perfect Structure - Use this amazing free tool to plan out your entire site before building anything,
- Pages Vs Posts- Knowing the difference and creating these is vital to your future success. I'll walk you through this.
- About Us Page- This is one of the most important, yet under looked page on any website. Vital for trust and audience building. Learn how to craft one that shows your authority and realness.
- Contact Us Page- How are your readers supposed to get in touch? You must be contactable and this tutorial will show you how to set this up so you do not miss any emails.
- Legal Pages- These must be in place for obvious reasons. Use my templates, edit and then copy past onto your own site. A huge timesaver.
- Categories and Sub categories- Each post you make should be categorized correctly. This will provide a better reader experience and help with future rankings down the line.
- Customizing Your Site- In this video your website will be created and customized to look slick, responsive and clean with your amazing branding. Simple, and zero skills needed.
- SEO Plugin complete optimization- You will need to install, activate and set up an SEO plugin. While it does not matter which ( we will use a free one), the settings must be correct. I'll walk you through Yoast SEO (my personal choice).

Is Content King?
Content is King is an old cliche on many sales pages. You need to know the steps to creating brilliant content that has value to your reader first and foremost, and ticks some of the boxes for targeted traffic.
- Play hard to get - Most people struggle because they write to please Google That's like trying to impress someone who does not care about you. I'll show you why ignoring Google is the best strategy for getting search engine love.
- Your First Post- Why you need to write this yourself. And also, how long should the be? On what topic? How long should your post be? I'll show you!
- Images- Images are vital to your website SEO but they can also cause you harm. I'll share the best image sources, formats, compression techniques, optimizations and more. Who knows, maybe your image will rank #1 on Google?
- On page Optimization Settings - Once you have your post and images ready, you are still not done. We will make sure the post you have is optimzied perfectly
